Holy Cow

This is going to be the quickest blog post ever. I’ve been typing virtually non stop for days, and I could really do with getting up and moving around. But I had to tell you I did it, I wrote fifty thousand words (actually 50,237) and, therefore, won NaNoWrimo. The novel is nowhere near finished, I now have to read it and work out both what needs to be taken out and what needs to be added to make it an actual thing. But I’m going to take a break for the rest of the day (it is half past eight in the evening), and start that task tomorrow. 

Last week at the farmers market I bought myself a tiny box of very posh chocolates; I’m now going to eat them.
