Forgotten Doors

Seven of Dumfries’ long-lost buildings will be brought back to life in a day of poetry and art, plus an eighth ‘Future Door’. Large, free-standing representations of the forgotten doors will appear around the town in their former homes. What do you remember about these well kent places?

Saturday 14th October 12noon – 5pm with special ‘poets tour’ at 2pm Come to The Stove to collect your Forgotten Doors Map.

Project led by Hugh Bryden, Hugh McMillan, Stuart A Paterson and includes specially commissioned poems from writers living in, or associated with, Dumfries.
